International shipping may be available to select destinations through DHL Express. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination, package weight, and applicable shipping services.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in our area.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some of our handcrafted products, particularly body butters and certain oil-based formulations, are sensitive to high temperatures.

During warmer weather or prolonged exposure to heat during transit, these products may soften or melt.

If your product arrives softened or melted, allow it to return to room temperature before use. Changes in texture or appearance may occur after melting and re-solidifying.

We recommend retrieving packages promptly after delivery and storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
