Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Our Body Butters and Whipped Scrubs are made with natural butters and oils that are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, products may soften or melt when exposed to temperatures above approximately 80°F.

For warmer climates, we strongly recommend choosing Local Pickup, Local Delivery, or an expedited shipping option when available.

Heat Disclaimer: Temperature changes during shipping may affect the consistency or texture of your product but do not necessarily affect its quality. Ital Soap Co. cannot control temperatures during transit or after delivery and is not responsible for products that melt due to heat exposure.

If your body butter arrives softened or melted, place it in a cool area or refrigerate briefly until it becomes firm again. Melting and resolidifying may change the original whipped texture.
